Questions about your shared album
What is a QR code photo album?
It’s a shared online album for photos taken by your guests. Each album has a link and QR code: open it on a phone to share event photos in one place.
Do guests need an app or account?
No. Guests open the link or scan the QR code, enter their full name, select photos and upload them in the browser. Only the organizer creates an account when setting up the album.
Can I create a free album? Do I need a card?
Yes. The free plan includes 20 viewable photos, customization and a QR code, with no card required. Upgrade in your dashboard if you need more photos. Paid plans have a one-time payment per album.
How do I share the QR code at a wedding or party?
After creating your album, open the print materials in your dashboard. Customize and download the QR code to display on tables, at the entrance or near the dance floor. You can also share the album link on WhatsApp.
Who can see guests’ photos?
Choose in settings whether guests can view the gallery, photos need approval before display, or only the organizer can view uploads. Share the link and QR code only with people you want to invite.
How long are photos available?
Photos are stored for 4 months after the event date. Download the photos you want to keep before that period ends. The expiration date appears in your album dashboard.
What happens if I exceed my plan’s limit?
Photos beyond your plan’s limit are locked for viewing until you upgrade. Guests can keep uploading while the album is active and within its upload and capacity limits. No plan offers unlimited storage.
Does Confetin accept videos or only photos?
Confetin accepts JPG, PNG and WebP photos. Video uploads are not available.
Is it only for weddings?
No. You can collect photos from birthdays, 15th birthday parties, graduations, family gatherings and corporate events. Create and personalize an album for each celebration.
